The right-to-know safety-labeled wash bottles feature a unique, 2-piece valve that prevents pressure build-up of solvents, effectively venting volatiles to eliminate solvent drips and allowing dispensing in both upright and inverted positions. Each bottle is pre-printed with essential information including the chemical name and formula, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. Key attributes include a wide mouth of 53 mm (2") for easy refilling and a polypropylene closure with a leakproof design that is color-coded for easy identification. The bottles are made from translucent, LDPE material that is solvent-resistant, with sodium hypochlorite in a white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450 nm, and toluene in a red LDPE bottle. These wash bottles provide compliance with OSHA requirements as outlined in Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200, and custom labeling options are available.
