Bel-Art's safety labeled wash bottles are designed with essential safety information including Department of Transportation (DOT) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and symbols, Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) number, protective equipment symbols, and target organ information to enhance workplace safety. The bottles feature easy-to-read printed labels, a wide mouth of 53 mm (2") for convenient refilling, and are made from translucent, LDPE solvent-resistant material; sodium hypochlorite is housed in a white LDPE bottle for light protection between 230 and 450 nm, while toluene is contained in a red LDPE bottle. Each bottle comes with a polypropylene closure designed for leakproof performance, ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements outlined in Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. It is important to note that LYOB should only be used with solvents compatible with LDPE. The bottles are sold in inner packs that include 6 bottles, with pricing applicable per pack.
