The CM Universal Trolley (UT) is engineered to accommodate nearly all Columbus McKinnon brand electric and air chain hoists with capacities up to 3 tons. It features both plain and geared trolley options, allowing for manual positioning or precise adjustments, respectively, with a standard hand chain drop proportional to a 20-foot lift hoist. The trolley is convertible from plain to geared by adding a hand geared kit in the field and is characterized by its dual tread wheels that fit tapered or flat beams, equipped with permanently lubricated shielded ball bearings for long life and low maintenance. The UT is easily adjustable to fit a variety of beam flange widths and incorporates wrap-around side plates and lugs to enhance operator safety while safeguarding the wheels. Pinned suspension bolts with castle nuts ensure that bolts remain tightened for added safety. Designed with corrosion resistance in mind, the trolley features zinc-plated bolts, nuts, and washers, along with painted frames to guard against wear.
