The CM Universal Trolley (UT) is engineered to accommodate nearly all Columbus McKinnon brand electric and air chain hoists with capacities of up to 3 tons. This low-cost, rugged trolley is built for maximum versatility and a long service life, and it is CE compliant for global use. The kit includes a plain trolley for manual positioning and a geared trolley option for precise load management, with a standard hand chain drop proportional to a 20-foot lift hoist. The trolleys are convertible, featuring plain trolleys with geared track wheels and side plates that can be upgraded in the field with a hand geared kit. Designed for longevity and minimal maintenance, the dual tread wheels fit tapered or flat beams and contain permanently lubricated shielded ball bearings. The UT can be easily adjusted to fit a variety of beam flange widths, enhancing its versatility. For operator safety, the trolley has wrap-around side plates and lugs for added security, along with pinned suspension bolts to keep the castle nuts tightened.
