The StorPlus™ food storage kit includes reinforced 26"L x 18"W x 6"H boxes with top and bottom corners designed to prevent chipping and cracking, along with easy-grip handles featuring structural rib reinforcement for added support during heavy loads. These boxes are dishwasher safe and NSF listed, with side capacity indicators that facilitate quick inventory checks, making them perfect for prepping and portioning foods. The boxes display quart, gallon, and liter capacity indicators suitable for both domestic and international use, while the date indicator promotes organized food storage. All sizes of the boxes stack efficiently, fit standard carts and racks, and have a smooth interior surface for easy cleaning. They can be used in catering and for storage, transporting foods, beverages, linens, and supplies, as well as serving and displaying ice and iced beverages. The boxes can also function as dough proofing bus boxes or ware washing tubs. The "Lock-tight" lids can be reversed for use as bun pans or trays. Additionally, the kit includes an 18" x 26" colander that is ideal for storing, draining, thawing, and marinating foods.
