It includes Eaziclean™ blades finished with an antibacterial coating to enhance safety and a high-grade steel cutting mechanism that ensures a clean cut without the risk of frayed metal shavings. All cutting mechanisms are dishwasher safe, and the BCO-7000 model is dishwasher safe in its entirety. The patented quick-release blade carrier facilitates easy cleaning, while color-coded collars allow for straightforward identification of duty levels: Titan represents extra heavy-duty, blue indicates heavy duty, and yellow signifies medium duty. It boasts a case-hardened blade for prolonged life and wheels made from gear-cutting grade steel to endure intense pressure.
