The Vollrath Redco can opener BCO-2000 features a 1" gear and a 16" bar length, designed for high performance and safety. It includes EaziClean™ blades finished with an antibacterial coating to enhance safety and a high-grade steel cutting mechanism that ensures a clean cut without the risk of frayed metal shavings. All cutting mechanisms are dishwasher safe, and the entire BCO-7000 model is also dishwasher safe for convenience. The patented quick-release blade carrier allows for easy cleaning, while color-coded collars facilitate easy identification: Titan for extra heavy-duty, blue for heavy duty, and yellow for medium duty. The case-hardened blade is engineered for longevity, and the wheels are made from gear-cutting grade steel to withstand intense pressure. Additionally, the beveled gear wheel simplifies assembly, and the ergonomic design promotes comfortable use. It features a stainless steel base and base clamp, and is NSF certified for safety and sanitation standards.
