The Vollrath Redco Tomato Pro 11 Blade Assembly (model 652) features a 1/4" cut scalloped blade designed for optimal slicing performance. It includes a high-density polyethylene base material that is NSF approved and engineered for constant contact with tomato acids and other harsh foods, ensuring it will not corrode. A positive-stop arm enhances stability during operation of the push-through slicing mechanism. The assembly is available with either straight or scalloped blades, allowing users to slice tomatoes efficiently without the need for pre-scoring the skin.
