The Vollrath Redco Tomato Pro 11 Blade Assembly, model 654, is designed for a 1/4" cut with a straight blade. This assembly features NSF approval and is constructed from high-density polyethylene that is engineered for constant contact with tomato acids and other harsh foods, ensuring it will not corrode. The positive-stop arm enhances stability during operation of the push-through slicing mechanism. It is available with either straight or scalloped blades, facilitating the slicing of tomatoes without the need for 'pre-scoring' the skin.
