The Vollrath Redco Tomato Pro 15 Blade Assembly features a 648 model with a 3/16" cut, utilizing a scalloped blade design. This assembly is NSF approved and constructed from high-density polyethylene base material, specifically engineered for constant contact with tomato acids and other harsh foods, ensuring it will not corrode. The positive-stop arm enhances stability during operation of the push-through slicing mechanism. This kit allows for efficient slicing of tomatoes without the need for pre-scoring the skin and is available with either straight or scalloped blades.
