The Vollrath Mirage Induction Rethermalizer, model 7470140, has a 7-quart capacity and features induction heating, which eliminates the need for water, resulting in faster retherm times and improved temperature control. The digital controls allow users to set temperatures in both °F and °C, or choose from presets specifically designed for soup, cream soup, chili, and mac & cheese. This unit includes Vollrath induction-ready insets and an inset cover; however, it is essential to use Vollrath induction-ready insets as failure to do so may damage the unit and void the warranty. A unique stirring indicator monitors temperature differentials in the soup vessel and prompts operators when stirring is necessary, while the programmed retherm mode enhances operational efficiency.
