The Vollrath Cayenne model T43R Heat 'N Serve is a 4/3 rethermalizer (model 72055) without a drain, featuring a powerful 1600 watt direct contact heating system that enhances performance and efficiency, using up to 25% less energy. Its thermoset fiber-reinforced, self-insulating resin well maximizes energy efficiency and offers 33% greater capacity than full-size warmers, accommodating four third-size pans up to 6" (15.24 cm) deep. This model includes a low water indicator light to eliminate guesswork, a capillary tube thermostat for accurate temperature control, and two 800 watt elements that facilitate rethermalization and faster recovery. The elements are designed with a non-stick surface to prevent scale build-up, thereby reducing cleaning time. A wide no-drip lip keeps the countertop dry while returning condensation to the well, and a power on/off indicator light provides clear visibility. The controls and switches are recessed on the end of the base for added safety. The bottom exit cord measures 6" (183 cm) in length, and the stainless exterior ensures easy cleaning. Additional items such as pans, insets, and adaptor bars are sold separately.
