The Vollrath Cayenne model T43R Heat 'N Serve is a 4/3 rethermalizer with a model number of 72056, featuring a drain and a powerful 1600 watt capacity. This unit utilizes a direct contact heating system for optimal performance and efficiency, consuming up to 25% less energy than traditional models. Its thermoset fiber-reinforced, self-insulating resin well provides maximum energy efficiency, with a 33% greater capacity than full-size warmers, accommodating four third-size pans up to 6" (15.24 cm) deep. Safety features include a low water indicator light, a capillary tube thermostat for precise temperature control, and recessed controls and switches for added safety. The two 800 watt elements enhance rethermalization and offer faster recovery, while their non-stick surfaces help prevent scale buildup and reduce cleaning time. The design also includes a wide no-drip lip to keep countertops dry and return condensation to the well.
