The Vollrath Cayenne model T43R Heat 'N Serve is a 4/3 rethermalizer, model number 72788, equipped with an accessory kit and featuring a powerful 1600 watt system. This unit boasts a direct contact heating system, which enhances performance and efficiency by using up to 25% less energy. It is designed with a thermoset fiber-reinforced, self-insulating resin well that maximizes energy efficiency and offers 33% greater capacity than full-size warmers, accommodating four third-size pans up to 6 inches (15.24 cm) deep. Additional features include a low water indicator light for ease of use, a capillary tube thermostat for precise temperature control, and two 800 watt elements for effective rethermalization and faster recovery. The elements are fitted with a non-stick surface to prevent scale build-up, reducing cleaning time.
