The Vollrath Redco Instaslice 16 blade assembly, model 15209, features a 3/16" cut and includes a pop-in, pop-out blade assembly for easy cleaning and maintenance. This kit is designed with thermoset blade frames that never need adjustment and are resistant to corrosion. It boasts the largest slicing area in the industry along with a corrosion-resistant polyurethane food carrier. The HardcoAT™ pusher head fingers are specifically designed to resist corrosion from tomato acids and other harsh foods. Additionally, the detachable table stop ensures that the processor remains securely in place during use, while the sled-leg base design offers superior resistance to breakage. The assembly is available with either straight or scalloped blades, enabling the slicing of tomatoes without the need for pre-scoring the skin.
