The Vollrath Redco Instaslice 8 Blade Assembly, model 15114, is designed for a 3/8" cut and includes a pop-in pop-out blade assembly for easy cleaning and maintenance. This unit features thermoset blade frames that never need adjustment and will not corrode, providing the largest slicing area in the industry. It comes with a corrosion-resistant polyurethane food carrier and a Hardcoat™ pusher head with fingers that resist corrosion from tomato acids and other harsh foods. A detachable table stop ensures the processor remains securely in place, while the sled-leg base design offers superior resistance to breakage. The assembly is available with either straight or scalloped blades, enabling the slicing of tomatoes without the need for 'pre-scoring' the skin.
