The Vollrath® full size soup merchandiser base is designed to effectively warm and display various soups in restaurants, buffets, grocery stores, or salad bars. It features a rethermalizer equipped with a lighted on/off switch and recessed knobs for straightforward operation and precise adjustments. A low water indicator light is present to alert employees when the base is nearing a dry condition, allowing ample time for refills. The merchandiser base offers versatility as it can be easily adapted for use with 4 or 7 qt. pans, which are sold separately.
