The Vollrath Redco Instacut 3-1/2 Corer, Dicer, Wedger (model 15016) is designed to execute a 1/4" cut and features a quick-change mechanism that allows users to switch from dicing to wedging to coring in seconds with its pop-in pop-out blade assembly. The unit is constructed with thermoset blade frames that never require adjustment and are resistant to corrosion. Its sled-leg base design provides superior resistance to breakage, while the lightweight aluminum base combined with stainless steel rods enhances durability. The machine delivers clean, quick cuts that minimize bruising and improve the quality of food presentation. For added convenience, a wall mount bracket is available for quick hanging and removal for cleaning (sold separately). The product comes with a 2-year warranty, excluding the blades.
