The Vollrath Redco Instaslice 12 Blade Assembly (Model 15113) is designed for a 1/4" cut and includes a pop-in pop-out blade assembly that facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance. It features thermoset blade frames that never require adjustment and are resistant to corrosion, providing the largest slicing area in the industry. The corrosion-resistant polyurethane food carrier and hardcoat™ pusher head fingers are engineered to resist damage from tomato acids and other harsh foods. Additionally, the kit includes a detachable table stop to ensure the processor remains stable during use, while its sled-leg base design offers superior resistance to breakage. Options include straight or scalloped blades, which enable the slicing of tomatoes without the need for 'pre-scoring' the skin.
