The Vollrath Redco Instaslice 12 Blade Assembly (Model 15207) is designed for a 1/4" cut and features a pop-in pop-out blade assembly for easy cleaning and maintenance. It includes thermoset blade frames that never require adjustment and will not corrode, providing the largest slicing area in the industry. The assembly comes with a corrosion-resistant polyurethane food carrier and a Hardcoat™ pusher head that has fingers which resist corrosion from tomato acids and other harsh foods. A detachable table stop ensures that the processor stays securely in place, while the sled-leg base design offers superior resistance to breakage. It is available with either straight or scalloped blades, which allows for slicing tomatoes without the need for 'pre-scoring' the skin.
