The Vollrath Redco Instaslice 13 Blade Assembly, model 15112, features a 7/32" cut and includes a pop-in pop-out blade assembly for easy cleaning and maintenance. The thermoset blade frames never require adjustment and are resistant to corrosion, providing the largest slicing area in the industry. Additionally, the kit includes a corrosion-resistant polyurethane food carrier and a hardcoat™ pusher head with fingers designed to resist corrosion from tomato acids and other harsh foods. The detachable table stop ensures the processor remains securely in place, while the sled-leg base design offers superior resistance to breakage. This assembly is available with either straight or scalloped blades, enabling the slicing of tomatoes without the need for 'pre-scoring' the skin.
