The Vollrath Redco Instaslice 13 Blade Assembly (Model 15206) features a 7/32" cut and includes a pop-in pop-out blade assembly for easy cleaning and maintenance. It is equipped with thermoset blade frames that never require adjustment and are resistant to corrosion. This assembly boasts the largest slicing area in the industry and incorporates a corrosion-resistant polyurethane food carrier. Additionally, the hardcoat™ pusher head fingers are designed to resist corrosion from tomato acids and other harsh foods. A detachable table stop ensures that the processor remains securely in place, while the sled-leg base design provides superior resistance to breakage. The assembly is available with either straight or scalloped blades, which enables slicing of tomatoes without the need for 'pre-scoring' the skin.
