The Precision Brand 72512 laminated stainless steel arbor shim features a 3/4" inner diameter (I.D.), a 1-1/8" outer diameter (O.D.), and a thickness of 0.125". Made from annealed type 302 stainless steel, these shims are corrosion resistant and comply with composition 3, type 1, class 1 standards. The shims are fully laminated, allowing users to peel off layers to achieve the necessary thickness, with inner and outer diameter tolerances of +/- 0.010". The manufacturing process employs pressure and a resin/adhesive to bond the metal shims together, creating a rigid "one piece" item that can be easily customized.
