The hoist is finished with a powder coating to ensure corrosion protection, while all internal gears and pinions are made from heat-treated steel for high strength and longevity. It includes a chain guide and stripper to maintain load chain alignment, a precision 4-pocket lift wheel that is fully machined for improved chain fit and reduced wear, and a hardened alloy steel load chain for enhanced strength and durability. The design allows for minimal maintenance, as it can be easily disassembled without requiring special tools.
