The Honeywell AM-1 Series 1/2" Union NPT Lead Free Mixing Valve AM100-UT-1LF is designed to prevent scalding and meets multiple industry safety certifications including ASSE 1017, CSA, and IAPMO. It allows homeowners to store water at temperatures of 140°F and higher to prevent Legionella growth while delivering safe, comfortable water at 120°F at sinks, showers, or tubs. This valve is designed to increase the amount of usable hot water and is suitable for typical applications such as domestic water systems, nursing homes, public facilities, automatic faucets, radiant floor heating, space heating, heat pump systems, combo systems, greenhouses, industrial applications, and photo processing. The valve includes a 1/2" Union NPT connection, is lead free, and operates within a temperature range of 70°F to 145°F.
