The Zurn Wilkins model ZW1070XL Aqua-Gard® thermostatic mixing valve is designed to be installed at the point of use to assist in the prevention of scalding, featuring an outlet temperature range of 95-115°F (35-46°C) and a maximum hot supply temperature of 120-195°F (49-90.5°C), along with a cold supply temperature range of 40-75°F (4.4-23.8°C). It ensures set temperature accuracy within +/- 3°F (1.78°C), making it ideal for installation at plumbing fixtures and appliances for the final control of water temperature. The valve is ASSE 1070 listed for fixtures, sinks, lavatories, or bathtubs, and it is suitable for all residential and commercial installations, thanks to its multiple end configurations. Compliance and certification standards include ASSE® listed 1070, CSA® certification, and certification to NSF/ANSI 372 by IAPMO R&T, as well as NSF® listed for standard 61/9 & 372.
