The Honeywell AM-1 Series 1" Union Sweat Lead Free Mixing Valve operates within a temperature range of 70°F to 145°F and is designed to prevent scalding while meeting multiple industry safety certifications, including ASSE 1017, CSA, and IAPMO. This valve allows homeowners to store water at 140°F or higher to prevent Legionella growth, while delivering safe, comfortable water at 120°F to sinks, showers, or tubs, thereby increasing the amount of usable hot water. Typical applications include domestic water systems, nursing homes, public facilities, automatic faucets, radiant floor heating, space heating, heat pump systems, combo systems, greenhouses, industrial applications, and photo processing. The package includes the mixing valve with 1" union sweat connections. The product is lead-free and designed for reliability and safety across a variety of commercial and residential uses.
