This variable speed control utilizes full-wave phase control circuitry to minimize power loss, reducing energy requirements while controlling your variable speed fan. It is compatible with shaded pole, permanent split capacitor (PSC), and universal AC/DC motors. The unit includes a built-in on/off AC line switch and a minimum speed trimpot for adjustable performance. An RFI noise suppression filter is incorporated to provide RFI and EMI suppression. The control is housed in a flame retardant ABS enclosure and is designed to mount in a standard 2" x 4" electrical wall box. It is UL and cUL listed (file# E51028) and CSA certified (file# 030837_0_000).
