The CM® Columbus McKinnon Bandit Ratchet Lever Hoist has a 3/4 Ton capacity and a 5' lift. It is the lightest and most compact model in its category, featuring a portable design, easy free chaining, and a 360-degree rotating handle, which enhances its versatility. This hoist is the world's first HMI-certified model with RFID technology. Its rugged yet lightweight construction allows for easy transportation and use in confined spaces. The easy free chaining feature enables quick take-up and positioning of slack chain while preventing accidental free chaining under load. It also incorporates double reduction gearing for easy operation with low handle effort. The hoist includes a screwed-on comfortable rubber grip for secure handling and meets ASME B30.21 standards. The enclosed Weston type load brake ensures cleanliness and reliability for load positioning. Both upper and lower hooks are equipped with standard forged safety latches for secure load engagement, with extra wide throat openings for easier attachment and the ability to swivel 360° for faster positioning. The impact-resistant stamped steel housing is designed to withstand rigorous use, and the standard powder coat finish, along with zinc plating on major components, offers additional protection against corrosion in harsh environments. It features 100% load tested gold chromate chain, ensuring proven chain integrity and corrosion resistance.
