The CM® Columbus McKinnon Bandit Ratchet Lever Hoist has a capacity of 3/4 ton and a lift height of 15 feet. This hoist is the world's first HMI-certified ratchet lever hoist with RFID technology, featuring a rugged yet lightweight design for easy portability in confined spaces. It includes an easy free chaining feature for quick take-up and positioning of slack chain, with a design that prevents accidental free chaining while under load. The 360° rotating handle accommodates versatile rigging options, particularly in tight areas, and the double reduction gearing ensures easy operation with minimal handle effort. It is equipped with a screwed-on comfortable rubber grip for secure handling in various environments. The hoist meets ASME B30.21 standards and includes an enclosed Weston type load brake to maintain cleanliness and ensure positive load positioning. The upper and lower hooks are fitted with standard forged safety latches for secure load engagement and are bolted on for easy removal and inspection, featuring extra wide throat openings for easier attachment to pick points and a 360° swivel for faster positioning. The impact-resistant stamped steel housing is designed to withstand repeated rigorous use, finished with standard powder coat for the housing and zinc plating for major components to enhance corrosion protection in harsh environments. Additionally, the hoist is 100% load tested with gold chromate chain to ensure integrity and resistance to corrosion.
