The CM® Columbus McKinnon Bandit Ratchet Lever Hoist has a capacity of 3/4 Ton and a lift height of 20 feet. This hoist is the lightest and most compact model available, featuring a portable design, easy free chaining, and a 360-degree rotating handle, making it highly versatile. It is the world's first HMI-certified ratchet lever hoist with RFID technology, designed for rugged yet lightweight construction, allowing for easy transportation and use in confined spaces. The easy free chaining feature enables quick take-up and positioning of slack chain while preventing accidental free chaining under load. It incorporates double reduction gearing for effortless operation, and a screwed-on comfortable rubber grip for a secure hold in all environments. The hoist meets ASME B30.21 standards, and its enclosed Weston type load brake remains clean and dry for effective load positioning. The upper and lower hooks are equipped with standard forged safety latches for secure load engagement; these hooks are bolted on for easy removal and inspection and feature extra wide throat openings for easier attachment to pick points, with a swivel design for faster positioning. Built to endure, the impact-resistant stamped steel housing is coated with standard powder finish and zinc plating on major components to offer extra protection against corrosion in harsh environments. Additionally, the chain is 100% load tested and made of gold chromate for proven integrity and corrosion resistance.
