The Scimatco 28-gallon under-the-counter flammable cabinet features self-closing doors and dimensions of 29"W x 22"D x 35-1/2"H. It is constructed from 1" multi-ply exterior-grade plywood, providing thermal insulation for the cabinet's contents against fire. This cabinet is designed for under laboratory casework or as a stand-alone unit, and its bright yellow finish ensures immediate identification. Additionally, the cabinet floor is constructed as a liquid-tight trough that meets OSHA requirements for secondary containment. It includes two internal metal locks with two keys each and has a toe-space measuring 1-3/4"D x 2-1/2"H. The cabinets are designed to support standard laboratory fume hoods (work surface not included) and are constructed to meet or exceed all applicable NFPA and OSHA standards. The self-closing door models comply with the Uniform Fire Code standards, which require self-closing doors in several states, including AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY.
