The Idem 202005F KLM Guard Locking Switch-Flat Act(Std Release) in the 110V version with a 1/2NPT connection and Die Cast housing is a robust solution for position interlock detection on moving guards. Tongue operated and designed to fit sliding or hinged machine guards, it provides positively operated switching contacts and a tamper-resistant key mechanism. It can be used independently to provide positively operated contacts to EN60947-5-1 or in combination with safety monitoring relays for up to PLE Category 4 to ISO13849-1 or SIL3 EN62061. With 8 actuator entry positions, a rotatable head, 2 lock monitoring safety contacts, high holding force of 2000N, LED diagnostics, and 2 emergency manual release points, this switch is suitable for various industries including factory automation, packaging, food processing, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical. It is IP67 rated with dimensions of 46mm wide, 176mm long, and 30mm fixing.
