3M™ 950 adhesive transfer tape is a 1/2" x 60 yds roll, featuring a 5 mil clear design with 72 rolls per case. This adhesive transfer tape utilizes a 300 high strength acrylic adhesive on a 3.5 mil, 60 lb densified kraft paper liner. It serves as a general purpose transfer tape ideal for a wide variety of high tack, thin applications, making it suitable for splicing films, foils, and fabrics, as well as laminating foams, photos, and metal or plastic nameplates. It effectively bonds high and low surface energy plastics, textured plastics, foams, fabrics, and coated papers. The product meets UL approval and adheres to US government specification MIL-P-19834B, amendment 1. Key features include its ability to work with both similar and dissimilar materials where an aggressive adhesive with high initial adhesion is required, making it beneficial for industrial applications, attaching gaskets and various foams, foam lamination to different surfaces, and fabric bonding.
