The 3M™ 465 adhesive transfer tape is a clear, high-tack adhesive tape measuring 1" x 60 yds and is available in cases of 36 rolls. With a thickness of 2 mil, this tape is designed to facilitate the splicing of foils, fabrics, films, and papers, enabling efficient production processes. It features an aggressive bond that adheres on contact, providing high UV, humidity, and moisture resistance, as well as good solvent resistance, making it suitable for demanding work environments. The robust 60 lb. densified kraft paper release liner supports manual or hand applications. The tape maintains consistently strong bonds in temperatures up to 250° F (121° C) and utilizes an aggressive acrylic adhesive that bonds upon contact. This adhesive tape is ideal for applications such as high-speed flying splices and zero speed splices on various grades of paper, laminating foams and photos, attaching metal and plastic nameplates, mounting promotional items and posters, and core starting.
