The 3M™ 9500PC double coated tape measures 3/4" x 36 yds and has a thickness of 5.6 mil, packaged with 48 rolls per case. This tape features a polyester carrier that enhances dimensional stability and handling, making it particularly effective for die cutting and laminating applications. It is capable of laminating high-performance plastics and other challenging substrates while offering a broad temperature resistance from -40° F (-40° C) to 350° F (177° C). The tape provides medium UV resistance, contributing to its durability and longevity. Key specifications include a clear, 5 mil (0.14 mm) double coated tape with a high-performance acrylic adhesive of 1.0 mil, and a clear PET carrier film for dimensional stability and ease of die cutting. The tape adheres well to powder-coated surfaces, most plastics, and difficult surfaces, demonstrating high-holding strength and short-term heat resistance up to 350° F (177° C).
