3M Scotch 969 ATG adhesive transfer tape measures 3/4" x 36 yds and features a thickness of 5 mil, with 48 rolls per case. This tape bonds a wide variety of materials, including plastics, glass, paints, and glossy surfaces, providing very high initial adhesion for an immediate, permanent bond along with good solvent and UV resistance. The adhesive effectively adheres to challenging, varied, and textured surfaces, even in high humidity and sunlight exposure. It utilizes 3M adhesive 300, which is known for its high initial adhesion and compatibility with various substrates such as metals, coated papers, fabrics, foams, as well as high surface energy (HSE) and low surface energy (LSE) plastics. This acrylic adhesive has undergone testing according to ASTM procedures for peel adhesion, temperature and humidity resistance, as well as resistance to UV, fuels, acids, and detergents.
