The JET® S90 series hand chain hoists are engineered for reliability and durability in light-duty industrial applications, offering capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 10 tons with standard lifts of 10, 15, 20, and 30 feet; custom lifts are available. The hoist features a Weston style dual pawl brake system that enhances safety through its double pawl design, while alloy steel hooks can rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging and stretch slowly to indicate overload situations. Its durability is further ensured by a needle bearing design that promotes longevity, heat-treated load plates that are case hardened and corrosive resistant, a Grade 80 black oxide coated load chain, and an all-steel construction that features impact-resistant covers. The compact design is ideal for low headroom applications and confined spaces. The hoist complies with OSHA regulations and ANSI / ASME B30.16 and HST-2 standards, and is load tested to 125% of capacity with a certification. The JET® S90 also comes with a lifetime warranty.
