It features a Weston style dual pawl brake system that enhances safety through its double pawl design, along with alloy steel hooks that are industrial-rated and rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging, which slowly stretch to indicate an overload situation. For durability, the hoist incorporates a needle bearing design that promotes long life with low wear, heat-treated load plates that are case-hardened and corrosive resistant, a Grade 80 black oxide coated load chain, and all-steel construction with impact-resistant covers. The compact design allows for use in low headroom and confined areas. The Jet® S90 series complies with OSHA regulations and ANSI / ASME B30.16 and HST-2 standards, with load testing conducted at 125% of capacity and accompanied by a certification.
