The JET® S90 series hand chain hoists are engineered for reliability and durability in light-duty industrial applications and are available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 10 ton, with standard lifts of 10, 15, 20, and 30 feet (custom lifts available). These contractor-grade hoists are designed with a lifetime warranty and include a Weston style dual pawl brake system that enhances safety with its double pawl design. The hoists feature alloy steel hooks that are industrial rated and can rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging, with the hooks designed to slowly stretch to indicate an overload situation. Durability is assured with a needle bearing design that promotes a long hoist life while minimizing downtime, heat-treated load plates that are case hardened and coated for corrosion resistance, and a grade 80 black oxide coated load chain for added strength. All steel construction provides impact resistance, and a compact, lightweight design allows for low headroom applications and use in confined spaces. Compliance is ensured with OSHA regulations and ANSI/ASME B30.16 and HST-2 standards, and each hoist is load tested to 125% of capacity with certification.
