The JET® PT series heavy duty manual trolley has a capacity of 4400 lbs and is available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 10 tons. It is constructed with a welded heavy gauge steel frame and finished with powder coat for maximum durability and protection. The trolley features hardened large steel wheels and thicker double sealed lubricated ball bearings that ensure smooth movement on a variety of beams. Built-in bumper guards on the side plates increase safety and extend the trolley’s lifespan. It is easily adjustable to wide-flange H-beams, standard I-beams, or curved track using the included spacer washers. Each JET® manual trolley complies with OSHA regulations and ANSI / ASME B30.11 and B30.17 standards, and is load tested to 125% of capacity with certification.
