The JET® HDT Series Manual Trolley is designed for a capacity of 6600 lbs and is available in a range of capacities from 1/2 ton to 5 tons. This manual trolley is engineered for low maintenance and trouble-free performance on wide flange H-beams, standard I-beams, or curved track. Each trolley features a durable welded all-steel frame with a powder coat finish, built-in bumper guards on the side plates for increased safety and longevity, and hardened steel wheels with double sealed lubricated ball bearings to ensure smooth movement. It is easily adjustable with the included spacer washers for compatibility with various beam types. The trolley complies with OSHA regulations and ANSI/ASME B30.11 and B30.17 standards, and is load tested to 125% of capacity, complete with certification.
