Oatey 31928 PVC Regular Clear Advanced Cement is a 32 oz. container of regular-bodied clear cement designed for use on PVC pipe and fittings up to 4" for DWV Schedule 40 and up to 2" for Schedule 80. This low-VOC solvent cement complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316A and BAAQMD Method 40, meeting various environmental requirements. It sets up quickly and is recommended for applications involving potable water, pressure pipe, conduit, and DWV systems. The ideal application temperature range is 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C), and the cement meets ASTM D2564 standards.
