Oatey 30916 ABS Extra Special Black Cement is a 4 oz. medium-bodied black cement specifically designed for use on all schedules and classes of ABS pipe and fittings up to 6" in diameter with an interference fit. This Lo-V.O.C. solvent cement complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316AOR and BAAQMD Method 40, along with various environmental requirements, making it suitable for environmentally conscious projects. It is formulated particularly for hot, arid climates found in the western states and is intended for all non-pressure applications. The recommended application temperature ranges from 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C), and it meets ASTM D2235 standards.
