Oatey 31093 PVC Heavy Duty Gray Cement is a 4 oz. heavy-bodied gray cement designed for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 12" in diameter with an interference fit, and up to 18" for non-pressure applications. This Lo-V.O.C. solvent cement complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316A and BAAQMD method 40, as well as various environmental requirements. Its thick formula effectively fills gaps in large diameter pipes and loose fitting joints, making it suitable for potable water, pressure pipe, conduit, and DWV. The recommended application temperature ranges from 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C), and it meets ASTM D2564 standards.
