Oatey 30917 ABS Extra Special Black Cement is an 8 oz. medium-bodied black cement designed for use on all schedules and classes of ABS pipe and fittings up to a diameter of 6 inches with an interference fit. This Lo-V.O.C. solvent cement complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316AOR, BAAQMD Method 40, and various environmental requirements, making it suitable for use in hot, arid climates typically found in western states. It is intended for all non-pressure applications, with a recommended application temperature ranging from 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C), and meets ASTM D2235 for performance standards.
