Oatey 31014 PVC regular clear cement is a 16 oz. regular-bodied clear cement designed for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings, accommodating up to 4" for Sch. 40 and up to 2" for Sch. 80. This Lo-V.O.C. solvent cement complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316AOR BAAQMD method 40 and various environmental standards, making it suitable for applications involving potable water, pressure pipe, conduit, and DWV. The recommended application temperature for the cement ranges from 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C), and it meets the specifications outlined in ASTM D2564.
