Oatey 31121 PVC Heavy Duty Gray Fast Set Cement is a very heavy-bodied medium setting gray cement specifically designed for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 18" diameter with interference fit. This Lo-V.O.C. solvent cement complies with the California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316A and BAAQMD Method 40, meeting various environmental requirements. It is formulated for quick installation of irrigation pipe and fittings, is capable of building up for large diameter installations, and can fill gaps in large diameter pipe and loose fitting joints. It is recommended for applications involving potable water, pressure pipe, conduit, and DWV systems. The recommended application temperature ranges from 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C), and the product meets ASTM D2564 standards. The kit includes a 16 oz. container of cement.
