Oatey 31123 PVC Heavy Duty Gray Fast Set Cement is a very heavy-bodied medium setting gray cement packaged in a wide mouth can with a capacity of 1 gallon. This cement is designed for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 18" diameter with an interference fit. It features low Volatile Organic Compound (Lo-V.O.C.) content and meets California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316A and Bay Area Air Quality Management District method 40, alongside various environmental requirements. Formulated for quick installation of irrigation pipe and fittings, this cement builds up for large diameter installations and effectively fills gaps in large diameter pipe and loose fitting joints. It is recommended for use with potable water, pressure pipe, conduit, and drain, waste, and vent (DWV) applications. The recommended application temperature range is from 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C), and it meets ASTM D2564 standards.
