Oatey 31011 PVC Heavy Duty Clear Cement comes in a wide-mouth can with a capacity of 1 gallon. This heavy-bodied clear cement is designed for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 12 inches in diameter with an interference fit, and up to 18 inches for non-pressure applications. It features a low-V.O.C. formulation that complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) 1168/316A and BAAQMD Method 40, as well as various other environmental requirements. Its thick formula effectively fills gaps in large diameter pipes and loose-fitting joints. This cement is recommended for applications involving potable water, pressure pipe, conduit, and DWV systems. The recommended application temperature ranges from 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C), and it meets ASTM D2564 specifications.
